Meeting Your Inner Guide: Guided Meditation Journey with Live Drumming
In this guided meditation, supported by live drumming and shamanic techniques, you will journey inward to your own inner landscape to connect with a helping spirit or inner guide. Through this experience, you may deepen your awareness of this guidance from which you can receive support, insight, or healing.
No prior experience with journeying or connecting with guides is needed. This guided meditation is especially supportive for those who would like help making that connection for the first time, while also offering a gently held space for those who already have experience with journeying.
Following the guided meditation, there will be time to journal about your experience. Afterward, additional live drumming (without verbal guidance) will allow space to ground and integrate what arose during the journey.
Group size is limited to 5 participants to ensure a spacious and supported experience.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The door will be locked at 6:30 pm once we begin to ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for everyone. Refunds are not available for late arrival.
Please dress comfortably and bring a notebook and water. Comfortable chairs will be provided for seating. You are welcome to bring anything that supports your comfort during the session, such as an eye mask or blanket.
